Tanker Spills Means a New Skin for Highway 101

Highway 101 Dug Up

 

Oil and asphalt means pitted roadways, so Highway 101 must be resurfaced. As a result of Tuesday's tanker spill, workers must tear up and the repave impacted roadway. Expect delays on North bound 101.
