The Redwood City council meets. A large group of Docktown residents attend, and nine of them address the city council. The meeting is televised on Peninsula TV cable channel 26. The council is addressed by residents Pat Black, Carolyn Parnell, Jim Parnell, Arny Messersmith, Jamie Hogan, Jennifer Keegan, Jeff Johnson, David Herbert, and Jeff Spencer. The audience applauds after Carolyn Parnell's compelling speech.
