First Docktown Website Created

The first version of this website is created and sent to members of the Redwood City council, and John Baker, writer for The Independent. Mayor Ira Ruskin responds with a note voicing support for open communication on the issue. John Baker expresses interest in writing a follow-up story on the situation.
