The Docktown Residents Association holds their first meeting. About 50 Docktown residents attend. A videotape of the April 24th city council meeting is shown. Strategies for cooperation and communication with the city council are discussed. Several residents of neighboring marinas also attend. It is stressed that all the liveaboard marina residents face similar issues, and therefore must work together.
