James Jonas and Lynn Chou Jonas are creators of this site. Where we live, Docktown Marina in Redwood City, California, is one of the impacted areas covered by Measure W, also known as the Two-Thirds Vote Amendment that will appear on the November 2008 ballot.
We do not accept money from any developers, PACs, or Cargill. In fact, we just do not accept money. We do this because we firmly believe no one should have to choose between saving the environment and protecting their home. Our goal is to help citizens of Redwood City:
- Learn more about Measure W and the alternate proposal, Measure V
- Provide our personal perspectives on how and why Measure W affects residents and private property owners
- Enable you to make an informed decision
The content of this site is our opinion with contribution from other affected residents and homeowners where applicable. We reference and include publically available documents when possible.
